Many enter a "trans" identification and many parents cooperate with a child's "trans" identification because they are told that this is the only alternative to suicide.  There is no evidence to support the claims that transition is "life saving."  It is well-known that mentioning suicide can have a promoting effect, so it should not be done casually.  Furthermore, the claims that suicide risks increase without social or medical transition are not backed by data.  Anyone referring to this suicide myth should be challenged to produce evidence.
